That's a good question, Tanya.
How and where: I simply record most ideas that come to my mind in my apartment's recording room. I spend some time with the better ones until something emerges that I feel OK with to being shared. I mostly feel good, and there's a feeling of giving away a piece of myself with the creation process, some sort of energy, can't describe it better for now. There are some nuances to it, but basically I try to put in a good amount of positivity and love into my music. With some calmer tracks there's less intensity of emotion. With these it's more about filling a room with a soundscape that feels good, but in a clam and pure way. ...but I'm still working on my style.
You can download many tracks for free on the bottom of this page: http://relaxdaily.net/relaxation-music-i...
Also, there are many free downloads available on my Soundcloud account: https://soundcloud.com/relaxdaily
Hope you enjoy ;)
...with the next design version of my website I'll try to make downloads available more easily. Both, free and paid options.
I came across your music on mycloudplayer.com. Great, relaxing music. It says that you music can be downloaded for "free." Do you mean it literally. What restrictions do you have? Hope to hear from you.

I'm not familiar with that music service, but in general I use a mixed approach to distribute my music: I love to share lots of it without charging money. There are also options to buy my music (iTunes, ..) . Anyone can choose how much he/she wants to support my project. "Free" means free for private use.
Sometimes a sound itself (when I browse keyboard sounds in my sounds library) already inspires me to do something with it. Oftentimes I'm inspired after watching a film, or just after a real life experience. It can be as simple as a short message from someone, a conversation, or a weekend spent with friends.
Hmm, why/how does someone choose a genre? I do what I do because there's few music that truly satisfies me. At some point I just decided to try to create what I want to hear on my own. ...Not an easy task though. Still working on it ;)

Ashad, my musical background in one sentence: Since about 15 years I try to get my sound right (still working on it).
...I don't have a universal policy for usage of my music yet, other than the standard copyright, which regulates usage pretty much around the globe. My music is definitely not CC music. I'm working on a solution to let others use my music in a simple way for certain circumstances. Until then, you can communicate a usage request to me via http://relaxdaily.net/contact
Hope this helps,
All the best to you,
Richard, those are my own creations. Maybe this article helps: http://relaxdaily.net/music-production-1...
