How can i come out of depression.

I'm not an expert on that, but here's one shot at it (my opinion): Depression belongs to life like everything else. I wouldn't consider it to be a healthy and happy state to spend much time in, though. It's more of a "learned" habit. I bet one can learn to become a rather happy person by redirecting ones attention to the little joyful things in life. Whatever causes your depression, you might want to spend less time in that area. You might want to shift your focus (energy/time) in life on things and people that truly matter to you. You might start with a list (100 items) of really everything in life that made you feel good (can even be "strawberry ice cream there and then"). Learn about who you are. What makes you happy. Figure out ways to shift your life towards those things (personal/professional). Don't compare with how others are doing. This is your unique life. You're the only one who can design it. Not your mum, your boss, your circumstances. Go to where you can thrive if needed.
